Every single FaithDuffle is 100% designed, cut, and quilted by hand by me (Aria!). Because this is an artisanal, handmade process rather than mass production, each batch is highly limited. Once an order is placed, please allow 3–5 business days for your bag to be carefully prepared and packaged before it ships.

To keep your custom floral prints and quilting looking vibrant and beautiful, we recommend spot-cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap for minor stains. For a deeper clean, hand-wash gently in cold water and lay flat to dry. Avoid harsh bleach or tumble drying to protect the delicate quilted stitching.

We ship nationwide! Once your handmade piece leaves my studio, you will receive a tracking number via email. Because these are custom, limited-edition handmade items, all sales are final. However, if there is any issue with your order or craftsmanship, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and I will personally make sure that you are satisfied at the end of the day—we want to ensure you absolutely love your bag!
